These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tamly platform and website provided by Tamly, Inc. This is an early-access template and will be finalized before general availability. By using Tamly, you agree to these terms.
1. Using Tamly
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your company and comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam and email regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR, when using the platform for outbound.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for your account, your teammates' activity, and keeping your credentials secure. Mailbox connections are made through your own Google or Microsoft accounts via OAuth.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tamly to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive email, to harvest data without consent, or to circumvent deliverability and sending-limit protections designed to keep the ecosystem healthy.
4. Early access
During early access, features may change, and pricing is offered at founder rates. We may adjust functionality as we build toward general availability, and we'll communicate material changes.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Founder pricing, once activated, remains locked for the life of your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Data ownership
You own your contacts, campaigns, and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. We process your data per our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put deliverability, security, or other customers at risk.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent permitted by law, Tamly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
