This Privacy Policy explains how Tamly, Inc. (“Tamly”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform. This is an early-access template and will be finalized before general availability.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, company, and message when you join the waitlist, request a demo, or create an account. When you connect a mailbox, we access only the data needed to send and manage your outbound, via secure OAuth.
We use information to provide and improve the Tamly platform, personalize outreach on your behalf, communicate with you about your account and early access, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
Mailbox connections use OAuth tokens, we never store your email passwords. Prospect and campaign data you upload is processed to run your campaigns and is isolated per workspace. You can export or delete it at any time. Tamly's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete data or close your account, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, use role-based access controls, and build to Google's CASA Tier 2 requirements for Gmail apps. See our Security page for details.
We share data only with vetted subprocessors that help us operate the service (such as cloud infrastructure providers), and only to the extent necessary. We require them to protect your data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
